I think this place is great! Plenty of parking for everyone and even though the commercial jets fly over us, I can’t hear them. The price is right based on the current market and I have more room and less cost than I ever had in Oregon and the utilities are substantially less here.

So Alder Creek is my home. Has been for five years. My thought on the management teams is they know how to do their jobs. They are always professional and courteous. Maintenance knows how to fix most of the problems and if they don’t they bring in outside help. As for the price, it seems a little high, but if you think about it, it’s a market rate for having two nice pools, a club house and fitness room. I am raising three kids here and I am very proud of where I live.

Alder Creek is not bad at all. The section I am in we know our neighbors and get along really good and watch out for each other. As for the staff, they have been very nice to me the two years we have lived here. The manager has been very understanding and we have been able to work things out as long as it is reasonable. There is not any place that we have come across that is like that. Alder Creek is also very cool on dog breeds, they are willing to take a restricted dog from other places and as long as it is not a attacker they are fine with it and The grounds are kept up very nice.
